Job summary

Chase is hiring a Private Client Banker in Branch Banking in California. You will be the main contact for affluent clients, managing their full banking relationship with an advice-based approach and referrals to specialists.

You will support growth by expanding client balances and leveraging self-service access around the clock. The role requires a strong client-relationship mindset, excellent communication, and compliance with banking regulations.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success using a value-added, relationship-oriented approach to acquire and deepen client relationships.
• 1+ year Branch Banking Banker or equivalent experience in financial services, with verifiable success in new client acquisition, cultivating, and maintaining customer relationships and revenue generation.
• SIE exam, FINRA 6/7, state registration (63/66 if required) and Life licenses required or to be completed within 180 days.
• Compliance with Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Shares the value of Chase Private Client with clients that may be eligible.
• Actively manages their banking relationship through an advice-based approach, ensuring each client receives the best products and services.
• Partners with Specialists to connect customers to experts for specialized financial needs.
• Makes lives of clients more convenient by sharing and setting up self-service options for 24/7 access.
• Adheres to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
