Job summary

KeyBank in Eugene is seeking a Private Client Banker to own the client relationship end-to-end, providing tailored financial wellness advice to individuals with up to $2M in investable assets. You will refer investment and insurance products as needed and build a trusted advisory relationship with clients across banking and investment services.

Qualifications

• Experience in developing customer relationships and meeting sales goals.
• Knowledge of sales and service techniques including tele-consulting and outside calling.
• Experience interacting with small business clients and cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Listen for financial wellness opportunities and provide customized recommendations.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of private client products and services.
• Open personal and business accounts and manage client onboarding.
• Collaborate with branch teammates and partners to deepen client relationships.
• Ensure compliance with procedures and policies.
• Support branch operations and assist with teller transactions.
• Participate in morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs.
• Work Saturdays as directed by management.
