You will work with Chase Private Client services, connecting clients with specialists to meet complex needs and providing education to help clients make informed money decisions.

You will operate within a dynamic team, meeting branch hours and regulatory requirements while helping clients access self-service options around the clock.

Qualifications

• Relationship-focused, client-facing experience in financial services.
• Ability to grow and deepen client relationships with trust.
• Willingness to complete required licenses (SIE, Series 6/7) and state registrations.

Responsibilities

• Actively manages client banking relationships with an advice-based approach.
• Promotes Chase Private Client services and connects clients to specialists.
• Facilitates access to self-service options and digital tools 24/7.
• Ensures adherence to all banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborates with Private Client Advisors, Mortgage Bankers and Business Relationship Managers.
