Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Chicago is seeking a Private Client Banker in Branch Banking to manage a select group of affluent clients and other customers, building trusted relationships and guiding their banking needs.

You will work with Specialists to connect clients to experts, solicit referrals, and expand balances while adhering to regulatory requirements and branch hours. Strong communication, sales capability, and prior branch banking experience are preferred; a college degree is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ year Branch Banking Banker or equivalent experience in financial services
• SIE exam/FINRA Series 6/7 and licenses or must complete within 180 days
• Compliance with Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings

Responsibilities

• Shares the value of Chase Private Client with clients that may be eligible
• Actively manages their banking relationship through an advice-based approach, ensuring each client receives the best products and services for their needs
• Partners with Specialists (Private Client Advisors, Mortgage Bankers and Business Relationship Managers) to connect customers to experts who can help them with specialized financial needs
• Makes lives of clients more convenient by sharing and setting up self-service options to access their accounts 24 hours a day/ 7 days a week
• Adheres to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements
