As a Private Client Banker in Branch Banking, you are the main point of contact for a select group of Chase’s affluent clients as well as other customers in the Branch. You will manage their complete banking relationship across the company, utilizing a proactive and disciplined approach to generate growth in their balances. You will help acquire new clients by actively soliciting referrals and developing internal and external sources.

Job Responsibilities

• Share the value of Chase Private Client with eligible clients
• Manage banking relationships through an advice-based approach, ensuring clients receive suitable products and services
• Partner with Specialists (Private Client Advisors, Mortgage Bankers, Business Relationship Managers) to connect clients to experts for specialized financial needs
• Enhance client convenience by sharing and setting up self-service access options
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven success in using a relationship-oriented approach to acquire and deepen client relationships
• 1+ year experience in Branch Banking or similar financial services role, with success in client acquisition and revenue growth
• Compliance with licensing requirements, including FINRA Series 6/7, and state registration, or ability to obtain within 180 days
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings

Additional Information

This position is subject to Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act requirements. Employment contingent upon successful review of criminal, credit, and licensing history. Registration with NMLS is required upon employment, and ongoing compliance is mandatory.
