Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Private Client Banker in Branch Banking to serve a select group of affluent clients and other customers. You will manage complete banking relationships, proactively seeking referrals and collaborating with Specialists to address complex financial needs.

The role requires a strong emphasis on relationship-building, adherence to regulatory requirements, and flexibility to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings.

Qualifications

• 1+ year Branch Banking Banker or equivalent experience in financial services, with verifiable success in new client acquisition, cultivating, and maintaining customer relationships and revenue generation
• Starting Oct 1, 2018, required SIE exam, FINRA Series 6/7, state registration (including 63 or 66 if required) or must be completed within 180 days of starting the role
• Compliance with Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings

Responsibilities

• Shares the value of Chase Private Client with clients that may be eligible
• Actively manages their banking relationship through an advice-based approach, ensuring each client receives best products and services
• Partners with Specialists to connect customers to experts for specialized financial needs
• Makes lives of clients more convenient by sharing and setting up self-service options
• Adheres to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements
