Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Private Client Banker in Branch Banking to be the main contact for a select group of affluent clients and other customers. You will manage their complete banking relationship with a proactive approach to grow balances and revenue.

You will collaborate with Specialists to connect clients to experts, promote 24/7 self-service access, and ensure adherence to banking regulations and internal policies. This role requires weekend/evening hours.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success using a value-added, relationship-oriented approach to acquire and deepen client relationships.
• 1+ year Branch Banking Banker or equivalent experience in financial services with revenue generation.
• Compliance with Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act requirements.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manages client banking relationships with an advice-based approach to optimize products and services.
• Partners with specialists to connect clients to experts for specialized financial needs.
• Increases client convenience by promoting self-service access 24/7.
