Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Private Client Banker in Branch Banking to serve a select group of affluent clients and other customers at the branch.

You will manage their complete banking relationship with a proactive approach, promoting the right products and services while soliciting referrals to grow the client base. The role emphasizes collaboration with specialists, facilitating access to self-service options, and adherence to regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success using a value-added, relationship-oriented approach to acquire and deepen client relationships.
• 1+ year Branch Banking Banker or equivalent experience in financial services, with verifiable success in new client acquisition, cultivating, and maintaining customer relationships and revenue generation.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6/7, state registration (63/66 if required) and Life licenses required within 180 days.
• Compliance with Dodd-Frank/Truth in Lending Act requirements.
• High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings.

• Actively manages their banking relationship through an advice-based approach, ensuring each client receives the best products and services for their needs.
• Partners with Specialists to connect customers to experts for specialized financial needs.
• Makes lives of clients more convenient by sharing and setting up self-service options to access accounts 24/7.
• Adheres to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
