JPMorgan Chase & Co. Private Client Banker in Branch Banking will serve affluent clients and manage their full banking relationship with a proactive advisory approach. The role emphasizes relationship building, referrals, and delivering tailored financial solutions to meet client needs.

You will collaborate with Specialists to connect clients to experts, promote self-service access, and ensure adherence to banking regulations while delivering education and tailored financial strategies.

Qualifications

• 1+ year Branch Banking Banker or equivalent experience in financial services with verifiable success in new client acquisition, cultivating, and maintaining client relationships and revenue generation
• Compliance with Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
• Adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings

Responsibilities

• Shares the value of Chase Private Client with clients that may be eligible
• Actively manages their banking relationship through an advice-based approach, ensuring each client receives the best products and services for their needs
• Partners with Specialists to connect customers to experts who can help them with specialized financial needs
• Makes lives of clients more convenient by sharing and setting up self-service options to access their accounts 24 hours a day/ 7 days a week
• Adheres to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements
