Job summary

Chase in Miami is seeking a Private Client Banker to manage banking relationships for affluent clients within a Chase Branch. You will deliver hospitality, provide tailored financial solutions, and actively generate growth in client balances while soliciting referrals and building internal and external networks.

The role requires branch banking experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work flexible hours including some weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

• 1+ year Branch Banking Banker or equivalent experience in Financial Services sales with proven success in acquiring new clients, deepening relationships, and revenue generation.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients – elevate the client experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone, with proven ability to tailor features and benefits of products and services to clients with differing needs.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations - deliver attentive and friendly service, creating a welcoming environment.
• Actively manage assigned clients and their banking relationships through an advisory approach to recommend products and services.
• Engage in clear, polite, consultative communication to understand and help clients, building trust and anticipating needs.
• Educate clients to use technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com and ATMs for convenient banking.
• Learn products, services and procedures quickly to consult with clients and connect them to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
