Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Private Client Banker in Branch Banking to be the primary contact for affluent clients, managing full banking relationships and driving growth through referrals and strategic connections with specialists.

Responsibilities include advising clients on products, ensuring access to top-tier services, and supporting self-service options while complying with banking regulations and internal policies.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success using a value-added, relationship-oriented approach to acquire and deepen client relationships
• 1+ year Branch Banking Banker or equivalent experience in financial services with verifiable success in new client acquisition, cultivating, and maintaining customer relationships and revenue generation
• Compliance with Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act (TILA) requirements and regulatory banking standards
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6/7, state registration (including 63 or 66 if required) or must be completed within 180 days of starting
• National Mortgage Licensing System/SAFE Act registration requirements and related disclosures
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings

Responsibilities

• Shares the value of Chase Private Client with clients that may be eligible
• Actively manages their banking relationship through an advice-based approach, ensuring each client receives the best products and services
• Partners with Specialists to connect customers to experts for specialized financial needs
• Offers and sets up self-service options to access accounts 24/7
• Adheres to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements
