Job summary

You will manage full banking relationships using a proactive, advice-based approach to grow balances and meet educational and financial needs. In this role, you will collaborate with Private Client Advisors, Mortgage Bankers, and Business Relationship Managers, promote self-service options, and ensure compliance with banking regulations while

Qualifications

• Proven success in growing client relationships.
• 1+ year Branch Banking Banker or equivalent experience in financial services.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6/7, state registrations; or complete within 180 days.
• Compliance with Dodd-Frank/Truth in Lending Act.
• High school diploma or foreign equivalent.
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Shares the value of Chase Private Client with clients that may be eligible.
• Manages banking relationships through an advice-based approach to meet client needs.
• Partners with Specialists to connect clients with experts for financial needs.
• Sets up self-service options to access accounts 24/7.
• Adheres to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
