Job summary

KeyBank is seeking a Private Client Banker to manage full client relationships with a plan-based financial advisory approach. You will work with clients with up to $2M in investable assets, delivering appropriate solutions and referring to specialists when needed.

You will build partnerships, maintain knowledge of private client products, and ensure compliance while supporting branch operations and daily client interactions.

Qualifications

• Experience in developing customer relationships and meeting sales goals.
• Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques with clients.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and conduct fact-finding questions.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial wellness recommendations and refer investment and insurance products.
• Achieve activity and outcome goals and maintain a referral pipeline.
• Develop partnerships with branch teammates and business lines.
• Support branch operations and assist with client transactions on the Teller line.
