Job summary

KeyBank is seeking a Private Client Banker in Queensbury, NY, to manage the full client relationship with a plan-based approach to financial advice. You will refer appropriate financial solutions to clients with up to $2M in investable assets and help clients achieve financial wellness by gathering data and offering suitable products and services.

Qualifications

Experience developing customer relationships and achieving sales goals.
Knowledge of sales techniques, tele-consulting, prospecting and networking.
Comfort with small business clients, objection handling, and fact-finding.
Ability to influence partners and leverage centers of influence.
Proficient with PCs and digital platforms.

Responsibilities

Provide financial wellness recommendations and refer investment/insurance products.
Build a client referral pipeline and prospect through internal and external networks.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of private client products and services.
Open personal and business accounts and manage client documentation.
Ensure compliance with policies and assist with branch operations, including Teller duties.
Participate in morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs; work on Saturdays as directed.
