Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead the Client Management Process to identify new business development opportunities.
  2. Source new clients aligned with the bank's risk appetite.
  3. Deliver meaningful interactions and a branded client experience.
  4. Understand clients’ needs and wealth strategies, adapting to changes.
  5. Act as a trusted advisor, providing comprehensive recommendations.
  6. Encourage digital capabilities to enhance client experience.
  7. Build relationships with internal and external partners.
Required Qualifications
  • Series 7, 63, and 65 (or Series 7 and 66); unlicensed candidates may be considered if willing to obtain licenses within 90 days.
  • 12+ years of private banking or financial services experience.
  • Ability to develop new business for clients with $3MM+ investable assets.
  • Strong interpersonal, influence, negotiation, and sales skills.
  • Team collaboration and leadership abilities.
Desired Qualifications
  • MBA or Post-Graduate Degree.
  • CFP, CPA, CFA, CTFA, CFM, or JD certifications.

Additional Information

Minimum education requirement: High School Diploma / GED.

Shift: 1st shift (U.S.); 40 hours/week.
