This role is responsible for acquiring new clients, deepening client relationships, and building upon an internal and external network to achieve business development goals. The position leads the Client Management Process and partners across the enterprise to provide a Branded Client Experience, offering access to the full array of Private Bank services to meet specific client needs. Responsibilities include ensuring client retention. This position may also involve the provision of residential mortgage loans and must comply with SAFE Act registration requirements. Employees must register with the federal registry system and pass a SAFE Act background check; failure to maintain registration may lead to disciplinary action up to termination.

Pay range: $100,000.00 - $275,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.
Formulaic incentive eligible: This role is eligible to participate in a formulaic incentive plan. Employees are eligible for incentives as detailed by the specific line of business incentive plan provisions. Formulaic plans may be comprised of monthly, quarterly and/or annual incentive opportunities. Incentives are earned based on the employee’s performance against defined metrics.
