Job summary

World Insurance Associates LLC seeks an experienced professional to independently lead client strategy for our largest P&C portfolios. You will diagnose evolving client needs, engage proactively, and drive strategic direction across World’s offerings.

Responsibilities include preparing strategy meetings, reviewing policy exposures, and coordinating with placement and underwriting teams to optimize outcomes. A strong license and 5+ years in P&C are essential for success.

Qualifications

Position Summary

• Independently leads client strategy and serviceonthe largest and most complex WPGC clients across the company.
• Creates multiple opportunities to engage and diagnose needs proactively anddeterminesstrategic direction to meet the customer's evolving needs and selling all of World.

Primary Responsibilities

• Prepare for andfacilitatestrategy meeting
• Reviews exposures against coverages and performs gap analysis
• Consults with the Placement team, providing expert industry and client knowledge tooptimizingoverall placement strategies
• Leads stewardship planning and delivery
• Oversight of confirmation of coverage, policies, and endorsements

Other Responsibilities, as applicable

• Setupandmaintainaccount details, contacts, and policy information in EPIC
• Summarize current policies and expiring exposures
• Draft proposals and finance contracts
• Reviewcarrier invoices (E&S)
• Coordinate andfinalizepolicy check
• Coordinating appraisals and inspections
• Document and process cancellations and non-renewals

Work Experience

• 5+ years’ experience in Personal Property & Casualty

Professional Licenses/Certifications

• Must hold state Property & Casualty Insurance License
• Strong functional knowledge of MS Office products,Wordand Excel – specific to creating, formatting, andevaluating formulas and working within templates.
• Skilled in agency management systems and Carrier sites.
• Hasknowledge of High Net Worth or loss sensitive program design and coverage forms. Able to deliver value added services including claims review, loss control coordination, stewardship reports, and other ad-hoc reports as needed.
• Establishes andmaintainseffective relationships with clients, co-workers, and underwriters and gains their trust and support.
• Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills. Providesoptimalwork output.
• Extremely organized.Meetsdeadlines.Coaches’ othersin deliverables. Able to bring these skills together in a fast-paced environment with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Able to assess a problem that involves analysis of a wide spectrum of issues that may be ambiguous and unique, of which creative and innovative solutions are consistentlyrequired.

Physical Demands

Office work involves working at a desk most of the time, using a stand-up/sit-down adjustable desk. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of forcefrequentlyto lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects. Typing, grasping, and repetitive motion typically isrequiredevery day, and walking and standing arerequiredoccasionally.
