Qualifications

• 3+ years as Private Chef for a family; high-end restaurant experience is a plus.
• Strong, creative approach to healthy, vegetable-forward cooking.
• Comfortable managing grocery shopping and kitchen organization independently.
• Warm, low-key, and easy to have as part of the household rhythm.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Local to the Bay Area.
• Willing to undergo a background check and provide strong professional references.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dinner Sunday-Thursday, plus some lunches and breakfast items.
• Handle full grocery shopping for all family meals.
• Accommodate dietary preferences with ease and creativity.
• Prepare child-friendly versions of family meals.
• Bring creativity and variety to weekly menus; explore diverse cuisines.
• Occasionally support dinner parties and larger seasonal events.
• Submit menus in advance for review.
• Keep kitchen stocked and clean at all times.
