New Position. A private family in the Atlanta area is seeking a talented and experienced Private Chef to prepare fresh, organic, and healthy meals tailored to their preferences. They value high-quality ingredients and creative menus while maintaining a focus on nutrition and balance. The ideal candidate will have a background in private service, knowledge of seasonal cuisine, and the ability to work with other staff members. Their current chef of several years is relocating to another state at the beginning of March. The family has minimal dietary restrictions; they only request that all ingredients used are fresh and organic with health always in mind.

Responsibilities:
  • Create and submit weekly menus, including breakfast to-go, lunch, and dinner
  • Meal prepping, cooking, plating, and cleanup
  • Maintain a log of all principals’ favorite dishes along with recipes
  • Prepare meals based on principals' recipe suggestions
  • Leave pre-made meals and snacks for later consumption with written instructions
  • Daily grocery shopping for locally sourced organic produce and ingredients
  • Discard any expired food from fridge and pantry and ensure they’re well stocked with family’s staple items
  • Clean and sanitize work areas before and after meal preparation
  • Maintain kitchen inventory, ensuring cleanliness of kitchen utensils, pots, and pans
  • Monitor and restock kitchen supplies as needed
  • Ensure organization of kitchen pantry, drawers, and cabinets
Qualifications:

Culinary degree, expertise in menu creation, minimum of 5 years of experience working in a private service setting, consistent work history, able to pass an extensive background check, and read and write in English. If you meet these qualifications, please submit menus and a current resume.
