Chef Society is seeking an Executive Sous Chef to lead daily kitchen operations and uphold Michelin-level culinary excellence across member experiences, private events, and offsite executions. You will collaborate directly with the Culinary Creative Director and work with the Palm Beach Kitchen Manager during travel, ensuring consistency and high standards.
The role requires leadership in a rapidly expanding organization, willingness to travel, and a commitment to training and mentoring kitchen

Will work collaboratively with Full Time Executive Private Chefs
Primary Location: Westhampton Beach NY (living in NYC and commuting is expected)

Role Overview
The Executive Sous Chef will serve as a key culinary leader within Chef Society, responsible for supporting daily kitchen operations, maintaining culinary excellence, and ensuring the highest standards across all member and event experiences.
This role works in close partnership with Sam Talbot to execute the Chef Society vision: clean, precise, seasonal, and consistently exceptional food delivered across private chef services, membership programming, and events. When traveling to the Florida location, you will work with the Palm Beach Kitchen Manager, to support growth and consistent culinary excellence with produced products.
