A local home care provider in Houston is seeking a professional and experienced caregiver for a full-time position (8p-8a) two to three days a week. Responsibilities include providing companionship and support, assisting with daily activities such as bathing, grooming, medication management, and meal preparation. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of patient care principles, excellent communication skills, and a compassionate nature. Compensation ranges from $13.00 to $15.00 per hour.

We are seeking a professional, experienced caregiver available to work full-time 8p-8a two to three days per week and every other weekend caring for a client in their personal home in the 77077 area.

Responsibilities

• Engage with the client through companionship and emotional support to promote mental stimulation and overall well‑being.
• Assist with ADLs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, meals, medication management, and toileting.
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with meal planning to meet dietary needs.
• Maintain cleanliness in resident living areas, including laundry and housekeeping tasks.
• Monitor residents’ health and report any changes in condition to the agency Administrator.
• Ensure client rights are respected and upheld at all times.
• Assist in daily ambulation as needed.
