We seek a professional, experienced caregiver available to work full time, primarily nights, with days from Mon-Fri and alternating weekends (required). The role involves caring for clients in the Woodlands/Conroe/Galleria area & South West Houston area.

Responsibilities

• Engage with the client through companionship and emotional support to promote mental stimulation and overall well-being.
• Assist with ADLs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, meals, medication management, and toileting.
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with meal planning to meet dietary needs.
• Maintain cleanliness in resident living areas, including laundry and housekeeping tasks.
• Monitor residents’ health and report any changes in condition to the agency administrator.
• Ensure client rights are respected and upheld at all times.
• Assist in daily ambulation as needed.
