Job summary

Legacy Village of Stillwater in Stillwater, OK is seeking compassionate individuals to join as a part-time Private Caregiver. We offer a wage of $14.50/hour with a flexible schedule and benefits including hotel discounts and educational support.

You will provide companionship, assist with daily living, and help residents maintain independence in a respectful, supportive environment. CNA preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving experience
• Heart for serving seniors
• CNA certification preferred
• Experience with dementia or geriatrics beneficial

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship to residents
• Assist with activities of daily living and other personal care needs
• Offer emotional support, patience, and reassurance
• Create a positive, calm, and engaging environment for residents adjusting to a new home
• Provide basic education and reminders on safe movement, use of assistive devices, and self-care plans
• Provide medication reminders as needed
• Assist with grooming, dressing, and eating
• Contribute to a supportive and respectful living environment for seniors
