Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree with graduation between December 2028 and June 2029.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills, both written and oral.
• Strong quantitative skills and acute attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
• Candidate will be able to demonstrate initiative and self-motivation and work independently at a fast pace.
• Private equity fundraising experience is not required but enthusiasm for the industry and ability to learn quickly is essential.
• Enthusiastic, outgoing, and achievement-oriented character.

Responsibilities

• GP Advisory: assist with strategic advisory and fundraising execution for private fund managers, including market assessment and material prep.
• LP Distribution: support LP relationships, fundraising tasks, and documentation updates across the platform.
