You will collaborate with central merchant teams, provide product insight on assortment, pricing, and fit, and train colleagues to become experts in Macy’s Private Brands.

A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required, with 1–2 years in merchandising and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead specialized selling and elevated merchandise execution to drive sales.
• Partner with Senior Directors, DVPs, and Store teams to grow Private Brands.
• Plan and execute events, trainings, and product knowledge sessions.
• Provide product insights on assortment, pricing, and fit to central teams.
• Communicate priorities clearly and share best practices across locations.
• Use Power BI or similar tools to analyze performance by location.
• Maintain attendance, reliability, and actionable feedback loops.
