Job summary

Balr Basketball is expanding its private trainer team to deliver coaching across the United States. Trainers travel to local parks, courts, or clients' homes, set their own schedules, and choose clients, with payment issued within 24 hours after each lesson.

You will design customized lesson plans, assess student progress, and maintain ongoing communication with families, all while promoting safety and engagement in every session.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in providing basketball instruction or coaching to students of any age.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Energetic and engaging personality, especially with children.
• Confident and able to work independently.
• Provide your own basketball training equipment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-on-1) and small group basketball lessons.
• Flexible scheduling of basketball lessons.
• Safe travel to and from clients' locations.
