Job summary

J.P. Morgan’s U.S. Private Bank is seeking a Private Banker to advise families on building, preserving and managing their wealth. You will work with a local team and coordinate with specialists across markets to deliver tailored solutions.

The role requires six+ years in private banking or financial services, a Bachelor’s degree, and licenses (Series 7, 66 and Insurance) or the ability to obtain them within 90 days. A strong client focus and proven sales capability are essential.

Qualifications

• Six or more years of Private Banking or Financial Services experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Series 7, 66 and Insurance licenses required or to be obtained within 90 days.
• Proven sales success and strong business acumen.
• Strong community presence with an established network.
• Experience in investments, wealth planning, credit and banking concepts.
• Client-focused and client-experience driven.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain relationships with clients by earning trust and understanding client needs.
• Generate business results and acquire new assets from existing clients and new acquisition.
• Advise clients on balance sheets, investments, wealth planning, credit and banking needs.
• Partner with internal specialists to provide interdisciplinary expertise to clients.
• Connect clients across all lines of business of J.P. Morgan Chase & Co.
• Ensure solutions meet clients’ needs and objectives over time while managing risk.
