Job summary

DBS Bank Ltd in Mumbai seeks a Treasures Private Client Service Manager to deliver proactive, prompt service to UHNI clients, manage operations, and deepen client relationships.

You will partner with Relationship Managers to ensure seamless service, maintain compliance, drive digital banking adoption, and identify cross-sell opportunities while upholding the highest standards of client experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in client servicing or private banking.
• Minimum 5 years servicing UHNI/HNI clients.
• Graduate or postgraduate degree; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with branches and support teams to resolve service requests.
• Achieve high First Time Resolution (FTR) rates for client requests.
• Ensure monthly client contactability and engagement.
• Manage KYC reviews and all compliance-related processes.
• Drive usage of Online Banking, Mobile Banking, and cards.
• Partner with Relationship Managers to deepen client relationships.
