Job summary

Wall Street Prep seeks a Private Banking Instructor to design and deliver practical, client-facing training for private banking and wealth management professionals. You will translate industry experience into engaging instruction on prospecting, discovery, solution presentation, and long-term relationship management.

The role emphasizes hands-on teaching, curriculum development, and the ability to travel domestically or internationally for multi-day engagements.

Qualifications

• Experience as a private banker/relationship manager or wealth advisor serving HNW/UHNW clients.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, coaching and storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in‑person and virtual training seminars to private banks and wealth managers.
• Prospect and engage new clients; drive needs-based selling and discovery.
• Develop solution presentations, pitches and storytelling tailored to clients.
• Lead curriculum development and update training materials; design workshops and assessments.
• Coach participants with practical scenarios and provide actionable feedback.
• Ensure ethics, compliance and trusted-advisor behaviors are embedded in instruction.
