We are looking for a seasoned Private Banking Licensed Relationship Manager in Denver, CO. This role acts as the principal account and relationship manager for new and existing clients, and focuses on generating, managing, and servicing a portfolio of clients.

Essential Functions:

  1. Acts as the principal account and relationship manager for new and existing clients.
  2. Focuses on generating, managing, and servicing a portfolio of clients.
  3. Responsible for generating, retaining, and expanding business in loan and deposit products, investment and trust referrals, and commercial business referrals.
  4. Responsible for credit analysis and proper loan structuring.
  5. Responsible for maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
  6. Develops and follows up on new client leads through existing clients and referrals from other bank departments and divisions.
  7. Calls on existing relationships to review portfolios and makes recommendations as needed.
  8. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  1. Requires a Bachelor's and some experience with lending, sales, banking products and services or other directly related experience. A combination of education and experience may meet requirements.
  2. Solid to advanced knowledge of banking, commercial lending, mortgages, investments, trusts, and insurance products and services.
  3. Ability to display sound judgment.
  4. Solid to advanced sales, self-management, credit analysis, loan structuring, and perceptive character judgment skills.
  5. Strong knowledge in financial planning enabling recognition of investments, brokerage sales, and referral possibilities.
  6. Solid interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  7. Commitment to a high degree of service quality.
  8. Intermediate computer skills including word processing and spreadsheet software.

FINRA Series 79 (or grandfathered Series 7), Series 63 will be required within 90 days of start date, fully licensed within 6 months.

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $140,000 – $200,000 annually depending on job-related factors such as level of experience and location.

Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors such as but not limited to, level of experience, skills, expertise, location, education, FINRA licenses, and certifications.
