Job summary

TriState Capital Bank is seeking a Client Services Representative – Fulfillment & Close in Pittsburgh, PA. You will review loan documents for Private Banking loans and provide exemplary service to clients and internal partners, ensuring accuracy and adherence to lending requirements.

In this role, you will partner with relationship managers, portfolio managers, and counsel to deliver a premier client experience and support ongoing loan documentation processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 4 years of financial industry experience required, including 2 years of bank operations and/or client service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and confirm that all loan documents are complete and accurate for Private Banking loans.
• Ensure proper documents are prepared based on supporting documentation.
• Collaborate with Private Bank Fulfillment and Production Teams to support client requests.
• Coordinate with relationship managers, inside sales, portfolio managers, counsel, and compliance on loan documentation.
• Maintain premier client experience through attention to detail across client engagements.
• Work with other bank operations teams to enhance processes.
• Participate in assigned projects.
