• Ability to collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders within Private Banking.

Responsibilities

• Review and ensure documents are prepared accurately based on supporting materials.
• Coordinate with Private Bank Fulfillment and Production Teams to support client requests.
• Engage with relationship managers, portfolio managers, counsel, compliance, borrowers and others involved in loan documentation.

• Support process improvements across operations and bank-wide initiatives.

The job is a demanding one that requires extreme attention to detail and an acute awareness and understanding of the documents to be reviewed.
