Job summary

Northwest Bank is seeking a Private Banker to deliver an affluent client experience by coordinating across investments, mortgage, small business banking and trust services. You will identify new sources, develop relationships with company officials, attorneys, and financial professionals, and present tailored financial plans.

This role emphasizes staying compliant with FINRA/SEC rules, meeting annual production targets, and leveraging Northwest’s product suite to serve high-net-worth clients

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related field preferred.
• 6–8 years relevant experience in private banking or financial services.
• Knowledge of securities, investments and insurance products and services.
• Strong relationship management and sales abilities.

Responsibilities

• Initiate contacts to develop and close new business.
• Collaborate across lines including investments, mortgage, small business banking and trust.
• Maintain relationships with sources of new business such as company officials and attorneys.
• Meet or exceed annual production guidelines and prepare proposals.
• Cross-sell Northwest products and services to clients.
• Provide training on products to Retail Office and Northwest staff.
