You will lead as the principal manager for a portfolio of high net-worth clients, driving wealth management, loans, and treasury services while expanding business with referrals and partnerships across bank divisions.

The role emphasizes credit analysis, loan structuring, and delivering concierge-level service to preserve legacies and growth for our affluent clients.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience in lending, sales, or related banking fields.
• Knowledge of banking, commercial lending, mortgages, investments, trusts and insurance.
• Ability to obtain required securities licenses within 180 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Act as principal account and relationship manager for a Private Banking client portfolio.
• Generate, retain, and expand business across loans, deposits, and wealth management.
• Coordinate investment, trust, and insurance referrals; support treasury services.
• Maintain high client satisfaction and develop new leads from referrals.
• Build strong partnerships with all bank divisions and review portfolios regularly.
• Recommend exclusive private banking products and handle additional responsibilities as needed.
