You will collaborate across Digital Banking, Treasury Management, Business Banking, Ag Banking, Wealth and Insurance to meet client needs and drive referrals. Qualificações

• 6+ years of customer service experience or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, or education.
• 4+ years of experience building and maintaining effective relationships with customers and partners.
• Prefer Retail or Business Banking experience; digital banking and business development exposure is a plus.
• Ability to independently source and close new business opportunities.

• Develops and delivers personalized banking solutions that support customers’ financial goals while providing exceptional service and building trusted relationships.
