1st Source Bank at the Lafayette Downtown Banking Center is seeking a banking professional to provide full-service banking with emphasis on financial counseling, lending, and customer service. The role focuses on meeting credit needs, cross selling services, and developing strong customer relationships.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years lending experience, knowledge of trust products, and strong communication and sales skills.

Qualifications

• Three to five years lending experience, preferably with one or more years in business lending.
• Knowledge of trust products and services.
• Strong sales and proactive calling skills.
• Strong relationship management skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills to network with bankers in developing new business opportunities.
• Good PC skills--proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel essential.
• Must have valid driver’s license.
• Regular and predictable attendance is an essential requirement of the position.
• Must understand all applicable laws and regulations that apply to the position and comply with the requirements.

Responsibilities

POSITION SUMMARY

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
