CIBC in Milwaukee is seeking an experienced Private Banker to manage and grow relationships with high-net-worth clients. You’ll lead lending and deposit solutions, collaborating with Private Wealth Management and Commercial Banking to drive profitable growth.

You will manage portfolios, ensure risk controls, and utilize Salesforce to track interactions and opportunities, while embracing a hybrid on-site/remote work arrangement.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of private banking experience with HNW/UHNW clients and credit oversight.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, or Economics preferred.
• Demonstrated deep credit expertise and knowledge of investment portfolios.
• Strong relationship-building with high-net-worth individuals and executives.
• Proficient with financial software and data-driven decision making.
• Collaborative team player capable of coordinating with multiple units.
• Values-driven with trust, teamwork, and accountability at the core.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and manage private banking relationships for HNW/UHNW clients.
• Expand client relationships by offering tailored lending, deposits, and wealth solutions.
• Oversee portfolio health, risk ratings, renewals, and policy changes impacting credit actions.
• Coordinate with Underwriting, Group Portfolio Managers, and Credit Risk to structure deals.
• Collaborate with Private Wealth Management and other teams to win new business.
