Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or related experience required.
• 8+ years in financial services with 3+ years trust or IRA experience.
• Strong client relationship and understanding of fiduciary matters.
• Knowledge of fiduciary law, estate planning, and tax matters.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts with risk controls.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate fiduciary services for a portfolio of Personal Trust accounts.
• Review discretionary action requests for irrevocable trusts.
• Administer multigenerational trusts with discretion.
• Execute terms of estate plans as Trustee or Agent.
• Maintain high level of client contact and service.
• Complete annual administrative account reviews.
• Work with IASC to open/close accounts and process transactions.
• Ensure compliance documentation per bank policies.
• Collaborate with Tax Accountants for tax reporting.
• Supervise Trust Specialists and staff.
