Job Description :

This job is responsible for significant contributions to the development and delivery of the overall marketing strategy for a portfolio of medium to large programs, products, and processes. Key responsibilities include using data to inform marketing program deliverables, interacting actively with multiple business partners to support priorities and project direction and using advanced logic to make complex decisions and judgements with a noticeable impact felt on functional results. Job expectations include identifying risks and opportunities and defining and delivering strategic solutions.

The Ultra-High-Net-Worth marketing organization manages the marketing strategy and activation for products and capabilities delivered through Bank of America Private Bank and Merrill Lynch Private Wealth Management.

Our deliverables communicate our value proposition, describe our LOB offerings, and promote our connection to Bank of America, while demonstrating our differentiating capabilities in the marketplace. Empowering our salesforce is primary—the tools and content and materials we create will ultimately enable them to best create solutions for clients. Our content, messaging, collateral, publications and creative inform a go-to-market strategy that aligns to our businesses and drives measurable results.

We are keenly focused on innovation and digital transformation…this is not the same old marketing department. This role will own the end-to-end marketing program and execute across all channels. This includes working with the line of business to develop the strategy and deliver marketing assets that help them facilitate their goals. You are responsible for all marketing content and collateral which includes brochures, articles, videos, presentations, and other collateral across the appropriate channels. Working across teams, this role will be key in optimizing all our marketing and helping ensure its measurable impact, to and through our advisors, and directly to clients and prospects.

Responsibilities :

Day to day responsibilities may include program management of one or more key capability pillars:

  • Drive go-to-market strategies for one or more of our key products and capabilities.
  • Development and ongoing curation of marketing assets including thought leadership, graphics, written content, videos, social, website, event strategy, and coordination across touchpoints and channels.
  • Day-to-day management of operational components including legal, compliance, governance and brand review, vendor management, audit requirements, risk requirements, etc.
  • Manage the production logistics for new assets along with annual renewals and keep content fresh and compliant, working closely with subject matter experts and owning the governance and production process from strategy through creative to delivery.
  • Program budget management, ensuring financial activity reporting is 100% accurate.
  • Gather key learnings and metrics and apply insights to optimize marketing programs and strategies.
  • Help advisors deliver the Branded Client Experience and facilitate meaningful interactions; deepen and grow referral opportunities.
  • Collaborate and drive the internal communications of key marketing tools and initiatives to the field marketing team; PR/Communications, business partners and others.

Skills :

  • Decision Making
  • Oral Communications
  • Presentation Skills
  • Problem Solving
  • Business Acumen

Required Qualifications :

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Willingness to roll up sleeves to get the job done; you’re a “doer” and not just a “delegator”.
  • Familiarity with UHNW financial products and capabilities as well as UHNW client/prospect needs; well versed in how we sell and service through our advisor channel.
  • Excellent program and project management skills; able to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deliverables.
  • Can lead via influence, managing and working across virtual teams to achieve desired results.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated ability drive consensus.
  • Able to learn and follow procedures and work in our risk framework.
