Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• Series 7, 66 and Insurance licenses required or must be obtained within 90 days.
• 1+ years of industry-related experience.
• Excellent follow-up and follow-through skills.
• PowerPoint and Excel expertise.
• Familiarity with JP Morgan Private Bank systems such as Workstation, Connect, and DDR/KYC or ability to learn proprietary software.
• Interest in financial markets and concepts.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter, highly organized and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Consult on and execute brokerage trades, including advising on trade execution, placing trades, reviewing trades, and updating accounts.
• Create mandates for discretionary accounts.
• Monitor risk metrics and team workload in coordination with Client Advisors.
• Support Team Leader in monitoring client advisor loadings and risk metrics.
• Submit and monitor fee schedules and billing.
• Manage Alternatives documents, including submission, monitoring and working with clients to complete or correct.
