Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1+ year of industry-related experience.
• Licenses: Series 7, 66 and Insurance required or must obtain within 90 days of start.

Responsibilities

• Consult on and execute brokerage trades, including advising on trade execution and updating accounts.
• Create mandates for discretionary accounts.
• Monitor exceptions and collaborate with Client Advisors to assess risk metrics across the team.
• Coordinate with Team Leader to monitor Client Advisor loadings.
• Submit and monitor fee schedules and billing.
• Manage Alternatives documents and coordinate with clients to complete/correct.
