You will help manage client relationships, coordinate with teams, and ensure confidential handling of information while working closely with a skilled group of colleagues. The role requires active licensing or the ability to obtain Series 7/66 and insurance licenses within 90 days, a Bachelor's degree, and at least one year in the industry.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1+ year of related industry experience.
• Series 7 and 66 licenses and Insurance licenses required or to be obtained within 90 days.
• Strong follow-up, accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and self-starter attitude.
• Familiarity with JP Morgan Private Bank systems Workstation, Connect, DDR/KYC.

Responsibilities

• Consult on and execute brokerage trades and advise the client on execution.
• Create mandates for discretionary accounts.
• Monitor risk metrics and client advisor loadings.
• Submit and monitor fee schedules and billing.
• Coordinate with team and support groups while protecting client confidentiality.
