Job summary

The role involves executing brokerage trades, creating discretionary mandates, and monitoring risk, fees, and client documentation while leveraging JP Morgan Private Bank systems and industry knowledge.

Qualifications

• Licenses (Series 7, 66 and Insurance) required; must obtain licenses within 90 days if unlicensed.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 1+ year of industry experience.
• Exceptional follow-up and follow-through skills.
• PowerPoint and Excel proficiency.
• Familiarity with JP Morgan Private Bank systems (Workstation, Connect, DDR/KYC) or ability to learn proprietary software.
• Experience and interest in financial markets and concepts.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter, highly organized, detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Consult on and execute brokerage trades, including advising on execution, placing trades, and updating accounts.
• Create mandates for discretionary accounts.
• Monitor exceptions and conduct scenario-based risk analysis with the team.
• Coordinate with Team Leader on Client Advisor loadings and risk metrics.
• Submit and monitor fee schedules and billing.
• Manage Alternatives documents with clients.
