PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. in St Louis, MO (Clayton offices) seeks a Banking Advisor I within the Private Bank to support client meetings, assist in presenting AMG banking products, and help grow the book of business.

You will perform pre-call planning, post-call follow-up, and proactive outreach while applying credit principles and ensuring compliance with banking policies and regulations. This role emphasizes customer focus and risk management within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• University/college degree with 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
• In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience may be considered.
• Candidates being considered for this position will be subject to additional background checks as required by CFPB regulations.

Responsibilities

• Observe client meetings, Bank positioning, and client outreach activities.
• Assist Senior Banking Advisors in introducing AMG banking products and services to internal and external clients.
• Aids in prospect discovery, client pre-call planning/meeting prep, post call tracking and follow-up.
• Observe and assist in the origination, financial analysis, negotiation and documentation of credit and non-credit banking products and services.
• Assist in servicing book of business to ensure client satisfaction, client retention and expansion of sales revenue.
• Responsible for proactive outreach to clients based on guidance from Senior Banking Advisor.
• Demonstrates emerging ability to analyze, evaluate, and mitigate credit risk by utilizing knowledge of credit fundamentals and internal credit policies.
• Ensures compliance with current banking policies and regulations.
