Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field.

• Familiarity with private capital markets and hands-on portfolio support.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and influence skills across levels.
• High level of organization and attention to detail.
• Intermediate skills in MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Maintains internal private asset processes including cash monitoring, structure analysis, investment/derivatives system setup and reporting.
• Engages with Private Asset Operations Senior Analyst regarding transactional activity.
• Assists in NAIC SVO regulatory reporting/filing for private debt.
• Supports admin/vendor/custodial relationships and liaises with internal/external legal counsel.
• Ensures timely and accurate data entry across internal systems.
• Assists with annual audit and tax requests.
