Job summary

TechOp Solutions International is seeking a Privacy Team Lead to support an anticipated opportunity in privacy compliance activities. This role combines privacy expertise with day-to-day leadership of a production-oriented team.

The ideal candidate will coordinate assignments, monitor workload and quality, provide guidance, and help ensure privacy documentation and assessments are completed accurately and on schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least three years of privacy, compliance, information management, cybersecurity, records management, or related experience.
• Experience leading a production or professional team of 10+ employees.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines.
• Familiarity with privacy concepts and handling of sensitive information; US background checks may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily activities of a production team of 10+ employees.
• Assign work, set priorities, monitor progress and meet production deadlines.
• Support privacy documentation, PTAs, PIAs, SORNs and related artifacts.
• Review outputs for completeness, accuracy and adherence to procedures.
• Document systems, processes, data collection, sharing, access, retention and handling.
• Track assessments, assignments, items, responses, revisions and deadlines.
• Provide day-to-day guidance to team members.
• Identify missing or conflicting information and resolve escalations.
• Support status reports, metrics, inventories, and workload tracking.
• Coordinate with privacy personnel, system owners, departments and engineers.
• Assist onboarding, training and development of team members.
• Identify workflow and quality improvements to boost productivity.
• Protect sensitive information and comply with privacy requirements.
