Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of total professional experience, including at least 2 years delivering privacy gap assessments or privacy technology implementation.
• Strong working knowledge of privacy regulations and key principles (GDPR, CCPA, LGPD).
• Privacy-related frameworks knowledge (NIST Privacy Framework).
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage engagements from planning through reporting with limited oversight.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Operationalize privacy programs by designing and implementing privacy processes, governance models, and technology-enabled solutions.
• Configure privacy technology platforms for data rights management, data inventories, consent management, and cookies.
• Map data flows, systems, and processes to identify privacy risks and required controls.
• Translate regulatory requirements into practical controls, procedures, and technical solutions.
• Mentor and supervise junior consultants; prepare client deliverables and reports on schedule.
