Job summary

Crowe is seeking a Privacy Senior Consultant to design, assess, and implement privacy programs addressing evolving regulatory requirements. You will lead privacy gap assessments and help deploy privacy technology platforms for consumer rights, data inventories, consent management, and risk monitoring.

The role requires strong communication, critical thinking, and the ability to work with client stakeholders across jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of total professional experience, including: at least 2 years of hands-on experience delivering privacy gap assessments or privacy technology implementation.
• Strong working knowledge of privacy regulations & key principles (GDPR, CCPA, LGPD, etc.)
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage engagements from planning through reporting with limited oversight.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly in documenting observations and explaining results to diverse audiences.
• Bachelor's degree

Responsibilities

• Deliver privacy consulting engagements across a range of clients, designing and implementing privacy processes and governance models.
• Assist with privacy technology platform configuration for consumer rights management, data inventories, consent management, and cookie handling.
• Map data flows and processes to identify privacy risks and required controls.
• Translate regulatory requirements into practical operational controls and technical solutions.
• Assess privacy programs against GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, LGPD, NIST Privacy Framework and ISO 27701.
