Perkins Coie seeks a mid-level associate with 4–6 years of experience in privacy class action defense to join the Dallas office. You will work on groundbreaking privacy litigation for marquee tech and retail clients, contributing to strategy and client service across all stages of pre-trial litigation.

Ideal candidates demonstrate strong written and oral communication, superior academic credentials, and familiarity with Federal and Texas procedural rules.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience practicing law in a related field.
• Experience with pre-trial litigation, including briefing and depositions.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Familiarity with Federal and Texas Civil Procedure rules.

Responsibilities

• Handle all stages of pre-trial litigation from briefing to depositions.
• Draft and file briefs, motions, and discovery responses.
• Collaborate with clients and teams to develop litigation strategy.
• Interpret and apply laws and regulations relevant to privacy class actions.
