The candidate will engage in privacy and cybersecurity litigation, defend claims under statutes such as CCPA/CPRA, TCPA, COPPA, and related laws, and participate in regulatory investigations or enforcement actions.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of relevant litigation experience.
• Admitted to and in good standing with the California bar.
• Superior verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
